Pick your controller and pay £35 securely with Stripe. Straight after payment you'll see our workshop address and packing instructions, and we'll email them to you too.
Still under manufacturer warranty?
Claim that first. It's free, and opening the controller ends any remaining manufacturer cover.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. By booking you agree to our terms and ask us to start your repair as soon as your controller arrives. Once the repair is complete, the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies.
If we can't repair it because of damage that was already there, we keep £15 for inspection and tracked return postage and refund £20.
